In 1979 an Old Barn located on 52 Columbia Street, Islip was purchased. This building was built in the early 1900's and used as a cabinet shop. We continued on with the buildings history. The building was gutted and rebuilt. All new Millwork Equipment was put into operation. Keyland Millwork operated the Millwork Shop at this location until 2002.
In December of 2002 the operation was moved to 81 Keyland Court, Bohemia. Some of the older equipment was brought to the new facility. New equipment was purchased to keep up with the changes and demands on the Millwork Industry. 81 Keyland Court is a state of the art facility where Fine Cabinetry and Millwork are produced.
A Weinig Six Head Molder produces Crown, Flooring, Casing, and Trim. To compliment the molder a Rondamat 960 makes all the blades for the Molder. The shop is equipped with a U S Concepts Molder that is designed to make Curved Crown, Casing, and etc.
The Cabinet Shop exists for the purpose of producing Millwork and Cabinetry for the Homes we build. We are constantly pursuing quality while making dreams come true.
